I have not taken these long enough to attribute positive outcomes to the vitamins. My skin seems better (but it could be just a "good phase" I go through) and my hair looks shinier. The price was great! My only complaint about this: the directions say to take the product preferably first thing in the a.m. with a glass of water. If I do this I get a pretty bad stomach ache and nausea. Eating something (not just the usual coffee!) fixes the issue.

I've been using this since July 2016. Everyone has been telling me that they've noticed that my hair looks fuller. It wasn't until I went to get my hair trimmed in October of 2016 that people had been telling was confirmed. The hair dresser that I've only gone to once before asked me what have u been doing to your hair. I asked her why, she told me you have a lot of baby hair. I asked her is that a good thing, she said yes, baby hair is new hair. I'm very consistent on taking this, I never miss a day.

The vitamins are legit but if you are in the United States you won't be able to view tracking information and I received mine a month later after you place your order.
