How to use Aromatherapy Associates Deep Relax Pure Essential Oil Blend

1. For diffuser or inhalation: remove the dropper, attach the diffuser head and insert into The Atomiser
2. Alternatively, add a few drops to 5ml of a carrier oil and use in a bath or for massage (must be diluted for use during massage)
3. For external use only. Do not use undiluted on skin. Keep away from eyes. Keep away from heat and flames
