How to use Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress Pure Essential Oil Blend
- For diffuser or inhalation: remove the dropper, attach the diffuser head and insert into The Atomiser
- Alternatively, add a few drops to 5ml of a carrier oil and use in a bath or for massage (must be diluted for use during massage)
