Formulated with natural minerals and powders, the water resistant formula promises to be sweat, sleep and smudge proof but never feels sticky or stiff. Simply brush in to the roots to cover up patches and make hair look thicker and fuller.

How to use Color WOW Root Cover Up Blonde

  1. Apply to dry hair
  2. Load up small end of brush with powder
  3. Use free hand to pull hair flat/taut against head and press brush down firmly into roots
  4. Starting from scalp and working out - do not use sweeping motion
  5. Apply more powder as needed
  6. To extend highlights, use side edge of small brush
  7. Lightly dust off any excess powder with wide end of brush
