How to use FOREO BEAR Facial Toning Device

1. Use on cleansed, dry skin
2. Apply a serum to targeted areas on the skin, and wait until fully absorbed
3. Press the on button, and change to suitable intensity 
4. Press both metallic spheres against the face, and gently massage the skin
5. Press the button for three seconds to turn the device off
6. DO NOT use device on the skin without a conductive serum, gel or cream
