A beautifully scented soak, rich in a calming and relaxing blend of essential oils, herbs and mineral salts that helps soothe tired and aching muscles and calms the mind.

Magnesium-rich epsom salts, horse chestnut extract and arnica tackle bruises, aching muscles and inflammation whilst sage and basil extracts increase circulation and oxygen levels in the skin.

Hydrating andiroba oil and fig extract boost skin renewal and help protect against free radicals, whilst lavender, cypress leaf, lemon peel and mentha arvensis leaf help reduce feelings of anxiety and encourage a restful sleep.

Free from parabens, petrolatum, synthetic fragrance and colourants, xenoestrogens, PEGs and pthalates.

Directions For Use

Pour a good amount into warm, running water. Take your time, stretch out and clear your mind.

Liquid Yoga is blended with magnesium-rich Epsom Salts so you will need to shake them before use.
