How to Use

1. Trim the wick to no shorter than 1cm before every use
2. Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours
3. Allow the wax to fully pool across the surface for an even burn
4. Practice mindful breathing by inhaling through your nose for 7 seconds and slowly exhaling through your mouth for 11 seconds.
