How to redeem

Once you've collected at least 100 Lounge Points, you can turn them into coupons that can be used at checkout.

How to turn Lounge Points into coupons:

1. Login

2. Go to Rewards (top right corner on desktop, via Menu on mobile)

3. Select 'Ways to Redeem' in the Lounge Points modal

4. If you have at least 100 Lounge Points available, the 'Order discount coupon' option will be available

There is no minimum spend to use your Lounge Points coupons. Lounge Points coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons. Lounge Points coupons expire 6 months after being issued.

Frequently asked questions

How do I use my Lounge Points?

Log in to your account and open your Lounge Points console (in the bottom right corner of the screen). Go to 'Ways to redeem' and select 'Order discount coupon'. Select how many Lounge Points of your available balance you'd like to use and redeem your coupon. You can then either copy your code or apply it directly at checkout. You need a minimum of 100 Lounge Points to redeem a coupon. There is no minimum spend to use your Lounge Points coupon.

Do Lounge Points expire?

Your Lounge Points balance will expire 12 months after your last purchase date. If you make a purchase within 12 months, your Lounge Points expiry date will be reset from your latest purchase date. If you haven't made a purchase in 12 months or more, your Lounge Points balance will expire.

How can I reset my Lounge Points expiry date?

You can only reset your Lounge Points expiry date by making a purchase onsite. Earning points through birthdays, social media, referrals or any other non-purchase activities will not reset your Lounge Points expiry date, and your Lounge Points balance can still be eligible for expiry if you haven't make a purchase in 6 months or more.

Can Lounge Points be used together with a discount code?

Only one code can be used at once.

Is there a maximum coupon amount I can redeem?

You can redeem up to the value of $50 for one individual coupon.

Do redeemed coupons expire?

Unused coupons expire 6 months after they've been redeemed.

Can I combine spend from multiple accounts into a single account?

Your Lounge Points are tied to your specific email address, so they cannot be transferred between accounts.

How does Refer a Friend work?

Send your friend your unique referral link and when they visit the site via the referral link, they get a coupon code for $10 off when they spend $30 onsite. If they shop and use that code, you get a $10 off coupon code too (same minimum spend of $30 applies). Your referred friend's $10 coupon expires after 6 months.

What happens when I return items or cancel an order?

If you return your purchase and/or receive a refund, the points you'd earned on that order will automatically be removed.
