How to use Wanderflower Down to Earth Reflexology Gift Set
- Step 1: Gently massage the nourishing foot balm into your feet, paying particular attention to heels and other areas of dry or hard skin
- Step 2: Slip on your reflexology socks, and allow a minimum of 5 minutes for the balm to soak into your skin
- Step 3: Take out your wooden roller and gently massage your feet. Locate the corresponding organs and body systems shown on your socks and apply desired pressure
- Step 4: Fill a bowl or foot spa with enough warm water to cover your ankles. Pour in 2-3 scoops of the foot soak
- Step 5: Remove your socks and place your feet in the soak for a minimum of 5 minutes, then dry thoroughly
