How to use Wanderflower Off-Grid Digital Detox Gift Set
- Step 1: Switch off all of your devices
- Step 2: Find a quiet space to relax, free from noise and clutter
- Step 3: Light your candle and let the natural aromas envelop the room
- Step 4: Remove the gel pad from the eye mask and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 5 minutes
- Step 5: Once cooled, put the gel pad back inside the eye mask
- Step 6: Apply eye mask, put in your ear plugs and lie back. Focus on your breath and relax for as long as you need
