How to use Green People Fresh Mint & Aloe Vera Fluoride Toothpaste

  1. Apply a small amount to an electric or a manual toothbrush
  2. Gently brush teeth and gums
  3. Use morning and evening, and preferably after each meal
  4. Minimise swallowing and spit out excess toothpaste once you have finished brushing your teeth
  5. Avoid rinsing the mouth with water immediately after brushing as this could reduce the fluoride’s effectiveness
