How to use Green People Fresh Mint & Aloe Vera Fluoride Toothpaste
- Apply a small amount to an electric or a manual toothbrush
- Gently brush teeth and gums
- Use morning and evening, and preferably after each meal
- Minimise swallowing and spit out excess toothpaste once you have finished brushing your teeth
- Avoid rinsing the mouth with water immediately after brushing as this could reduce the fluoride’s effectiveness
